When do we process data?
When you contact us or request a demo, we process the information you provide yourself, for example name, e-mail address, organisation, role if given, and the content of your enquiry.
The information is used to receive and answer the enquiry and to follow up any further dialogue about Genitus Milkbank.
Enquiries sent through the contact form are stored in the system's database so that the request is not lost if notification or further technical processing should fail.
Website analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to understand how the website is used and which pages are most useful. Plausible does not use cookies for the website analytics.
We do not use the analytics for advertising, profiling or tracking individuals across websites.
Language choice
The website can store which language you have selected, so that we can show the right language when you return. This is stored locally in the browser as a functional setting and is not used for analytics or profiling.
Sharing and suppliers
We may use providers for hosting, operations, analytics and handling enquiries.
When providers process personal data on our behalf, the processing is governed by the necessary agreements, and access is limited to what is necessary for the purpose.
Storage
We keep personal data for as long as it is relevant to the purpose for which it was collected.
Enquiries from the contact form are stored so that we can receive, answer and follow up the request. The information should not be kept longer than necessary for this purpose.
Information related to an established customer relationship may be kept longer where this follows from contractual or legal requirements.

Depending on the processing, you may have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing. Contact us if you wish to exercise your rights.
You may also complain to Datatilsynet (the Norwegian Data Protection Authority) if you believe your personal data is processed contrary to data protection rules.
Genitus Milkbank
This privacy information applies to milkbank.eu and communication with Genitus Software. The processing of data within Genitus Milkbank at our customers is governed separately through the agreements between Genitus Software and the individual organisation.
